I offer an online birth class (antenatal class) in english. The course is designed for pregnant people and their partners (either as a couple or a mum, friend, etc) who are in the third trimester and want to inform themselves to prepare for giving birth in Germany.

We will meet online once a week on Monday evening between 18:30 and 21:00 for 4 weeks. During that time we will have the opportunity to discuss all aspects of giving birth in Germany. Examples of topics that will be covered are:

• Our growing baby

• Planning and getting ready for labour

• The role of the birth Partner/s

• Labour and giving Birth (stages of labour, birth mechanics, pain relief etc etc)

• Changes in my body after birth

In addition, there will also of course be time to answer any questions you might have, and you will have the chance to get to know one another.

The costs for the pregnant participant will be covered for by the national health insurance. There is a charge for all participating partners of €140- to be paid at the latest one week before the course begins.
